England Attacked! Workbench Page

February 15, 2008:

I have taken it upon myself to run a VSF campaign based on a Prussian invasion of England. The campaign will begin with the Prussians forcing a landing at an English beach and folow across the countryside as the Prussians make thier way through the English defenses in their attempt to sieze London. Played out in five games at Kublacon, May 22-24, 2009, each game's results will have a bearing upon the forces playing for each side in the next game.

I am going to try and keep a blog here detailing the various projects required for the game and give proof of my progress. I have broken the areas of work up into three basic areas, each detailing an aspect of the various troops, weapons and vehicles I will be making for the campaign.

The Portrait Gallery
Contained within are reports of troops for both sides with images showing the progress of their training and development.

The Shipyard
In here will be found images and descriptions of the multitude of vessels for transporting troops and equipment over the sea and in the air.

The Vehicle Park
This is where the Tanks, traction engines and other machines of war will be previewed and catalogued.

The Grounds
Scenic effects, grounds maintenance and building construction.
